err... not sure about this, did you edit (reduce) the picture size before you upload?

maybe u wanna shrink the size of your pitures first, perhaps to around 200-300px before u add it to ur header. try that.

Hi, thanks for visiting my blog. Wow..u have 4 adorable kids. U must be a supermum. I usually, resize my pic header first. I resize it to around 920 x 240px.(coz mine is the rectangle pic size not like yrs coz yrs more of a square). By the way, I have already added yr blog to my bloglist. Cheers.

thnks all for the feedback and concern. I've tried reducing the size but the shape of the photo appear to be square like what noted by WEN. I use PICASA and Microsoft Office Picture Manager as i do not hav photoshop.

Hi Sanguine!

Thanks for downloading my freebies:) You need a software program that can handle the png and jpeg-files one use when scrapbooking digitally. Adobe Photoshop Elements is a really good one, but if you want something for free you can download GIMP here http://gimp.org/downloads/. I know a lot of people use it though I have no experience of it myself. I started with photoshop elements and now I use photoshop CS3 as I'm designing. There are other programs as paint shop pro, but I would recomend photoshop elements if you can afford it.

You can use www.picnik.com to reduce the size of it. Picnik is a free online photo editing site. I use it all the time.
