... a fulltime working mom, juggling with a pair of twin boys and a pair of "look like twin" gals!Blogging as a digital diary to leave a legacy for them.
Just cleared one corner , they start creating another mess else where....like ants making nests!
These are my little chicky girls who are fond of making clutters at home for their domestic slave mom to clear.
Why oh why kids like to mess up their home?
Juliana loves to create packages of schoolbags here & there. When asked to clear her things, she will migrate all her mess to another corner and tells you that she has cleared the part you wanted her to do. (Hammering myeslf!!)
Jasmine is also learning from her nowadays.
any great suggestions how to make the tidiness last longer after each time I clear the clutter/mess?
Gotcha! Yes I'm suffocated by the smell of my enemy...DURIAN while hubby & princess Ju are having a good time tasting what they call King of ALL fruits. I'm taking these pictures with one hand pinching my nose.
Yucks!!(Ok Ok i knw I'm labelled as "non Malaysian!)
My sister Penny brought these durians specially for my hubby & kids to enjoy (thank you very muchy...indeed!).
As hubby was opening the durians, most of them were infested by worms & Big one , too like this:
But he claims.."Emmmm good , this means the durian is good, creamy & tasty!"" And look at his gaya(Pose) when opening the durians..so Yau Yeng oh!!(Great pose)
Oh My God..I Beh tahan Liao(cannt stand already).. wanna Pengsan liao!!(wanna faint already)
Cannot understand why people like Durian sooo much especially on this type of hot weather some more..Shouldnt they be taking more cooling stuff rather than this what i call "Killer fruit"?
Firstly my apology for a long constipated blog again. Pst few weeks had been very busy week for me and tiring too having had so many home visits to make. But it's good coz that means more additional income doing locums. Most important I could reach out to those patients who are unable to get treatment in the hospital for one reason or another.
My body is aching..longing for a good massage but I just dont have the time. Every weekend is soooo precious to be spent with my beloved family.
Last Saturday (30May 09)
Today is my late daddy's birthday. How we wish we could celebrate his birthday but..he has left us last February with no sign of him in my dreams. We miss u a lot "Di". We had offered prayer for him on his Chinese birthdate which fell on "Chang" (dumpling)festival on 28May09.
Coincidently 30thMay 2009 is also my girls' Sports Day in Merryland Nursery/Kindergarten. I cancelled all my locum appointments to be there to witness my girls performing. It was quite disappointing to note that both my girls' mood were like the groomy weather that morning of their Sport's Day. They were clingy, grouchy & just not like normal days when they come home to express what they would be doing for the actual Sports Day.
Here are some shots taken ...
the sulky faces.
The simple & small scale occasion on a cloudy day. Luckily it didnt rain after the slight worrying drizzle!
Not many shots of the actual sport event coz I had to coax both the girls & run together with them due to their "low" mood. But their mood got better after the prize giving ceremony & towards the end of the whole event. Kek Seh Ngo!!(Damn it)
If you were me, will you laugh in your heart or will you be screaming on top of your voice when you see your little girl putting permanent marker pen ink on all her finger and toe nails? Nail polish konon!
Alamak !! I had them off with wet tissue coz I myself dont even apply nail polish. Where on earth she learn to do that & so creative some more wor using permanent marker.
I couldnt believe my ears when my 3 yr old Jasmine asking for my cameraphone & telling her 4 yr old cheh cheh Juliana to take her pics..for what???
Jasmine: Cheh wait ah I ask mommy for her camera first ah..the u take photos for me.
Jasmine : Mommy may i borrow your camera ?
Mommy: Why?
Jasmine: I want cheh cheh to take my pictures....I want to put in my blog.
Mommy (dumbfounded): Your blog? You have a blog meh?
Jasmine : Yes...let me show you.(pointing at her personal laptop)
Gosh ..i didnt knw that my blogging passion & interest had creeped into her.
Mommy: Daddy , maybe I should start teaching her to blog hoh? Let her blog her own diary. Daddy: No lah..she is still too young (but in mommy's heart I believe Jasmine will surely be able to do it if we really put our hearts to teach her...oni fear is that she may accidentally remove some computer data for us..HahHA!)
I foresee that many proud mommies & daddies will be blogging on this Year end concert thingy around this time of the year. Very sure many would agree with me. As a matter of fact, my 4 kids just had their's last night. It was indeed a KISS..(kept it simple & sweet).
My jasmine was the youngest in the 4 & 5 year old group (she is only 3 yrs but since she showed interest like her 4yr old cheh cheh..i encouraged her to join in with the teachers agreeing to that). Just moments before the show begun, she started to tear & cried. More so when she went up the stage crying for "Mommy! Mommy! Mommy! I was right in front of her (she was at the front row next to her sister Juliana)signalling to her that "It's OK..mommy could see you clearly" and busy taking her pictures & video.
It was soooo cute to see her crying yet at the same time continueing her dance steps which she did very well without mistakes. It was like evrything was tuned..just like she showed me during rehersal at home except this time fully dressed up with the props & with make up on.
As the stage was dark with only discolights on, the video looks rather dim. See if u could spot Jasmine dancing as she was crying calling for Mommy (left of the stage). Juliana cheh cheh was beside her (right of the stage)
Girls with farmer dance.
Happy Holidays Children now that school holidays are on.
Indeed! Jasmine had the first 3rd birthday at KFC near our house. The celebration was among all family members namely her Ah Kong, Ah Ma, grand Godma, grand auntie, my sisters and brother & his girlfriend Jess, and of course all the cousins.
Here's how happy she is with her Barney birthday cake self made to order by her.
Then we had the 2nd celebration for her at the nursery she is attnding since the maid crisis. It's called the Merryland. She was so excited with her 15 other classmates singing birthday song in 3 different languages for her. take a look:
Then she gave away party packs to her friends.
Happy Birthday darling princess Jasmine. May God bless you to be a healthy, pretty and witty gal! Love mommy, daddy, daniel & dennis koko dan Juliana Cheh cheh!
And this is the slide show for remembrance of everyone who made her birthday celebration a meaningful one on 11 Aug 2008.
