Homemade Chee Cheong fun

... With home prepared condiments & homemade Mushroom minced meat sauce!!
Yummy & pocket friendly.

Ingredients:
2 Kati Chee Cheong fun ( bgt from local market)@ Rm1.40 per Kati.
Sesame seeds ( oven toasted or fry)
Red onions( fry in cooking oil)
Tim Cheong (sweet red sauce bgt Frm sundry shop)
Dried prawns, mushrooms n minced pork , shallots , corn flour & oyster sauce for the gravy.
Dried prawns, cili boh, shallots n Tim Cheong for d sambal sauce.

Lots of preparations but easy to self mix and delicious to eat!!!

i read that in Ipoh, mushroom sauce is used to compliment chee cheong fun, unlike in KL, just plain sweet sauce. Is that the version you are making?
